How To Check Blackberry Q10 Application History?

Just want to know, if you answer it would be a BIG HELP to me, that like the history of internet explorer or Google chrome, whatever website we open, a history is saved and we can view the link with time and date, LIKEWISE, is there any way I can check my phone what applications were opened during last 10 hours? My friend took my phone for like 10 minutes and I think he went into my Skype and I am worried he might have read my messages. I just want to know what times the skype application was opened.
